Scholarship Info

The BYU Math Department is offering four-year tuition scholarships to new students
who will add strength to our Putnam Mathematics Competition Team. We are looking
for entering freshmen who enjoy and do well in competitive mathematics contests.

If you are awarded the scholarship you must:

•Declare and maintain Math as your major

•Participate in the Putnam Training Seminar

•Participate in the Putnam Math Competition

•Maintain a 3.5 GPA

•Do mentored research (you are paid separately for doing research)
