Some questions in later exams, while emphasizing the more recently covered material, may depend upon material from earlier in the course or on knowledge of pre-requisite material such as Math 112, algebra, or trigonometry.

There are no late days for the midterm exams.  Plan to take the exam before the last scheduled day.  If something prevents you from taking the exam before the last day, then you can take it on last day. Think of the last day as a "late" day.
